Changes

Orders in our system cannot be edited. If you wish to change the contents of an order, you will need to cancel the order and reorder the desired contents.

Cancellation

If you recently placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email support@handmade-spinus.com and enter ‘cancellation request’ in the subject line along with the order number, and any other information that you would like to add to the body of the correspondence.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellations, but if it is already in dispatch, it means it is too late to cancel, and you are asked to receive only.

Shipping Returns

We offer customers the option to return products within twenty (20) days of the product’s shipment date, excluding certain products that may not be returnable (such as final sale products). All returned products must be unused. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs of returned products. Any products not returned in accordance with the return process may be donated or destroyed and no refunds will be issued.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your refund to be fully processed. The amount of your refund will be determined by the products you return only – shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
